Apparent Motion proposes a journey through visual and audiovisual arts and technology against an imaginary backdrop comprising from the ancient art of light and shadows to a succession of photographic and electronic (analogical and digital) techniques and resources which are now part of the standard repertoire of media in contemporary creation. The publication includes works by artists working regularly with photography, cinema, video, digital resources and cybermedia.
