EspaiMenut offers families the opportunity to learn new techniques for artistic creation and experimentation. Through the use of different techniques, children attending our workshops will be able to learn about different forms of artistic expression in a practical way.
Audience: ages 3 to 16 years old
Schedule: Every Saturday from November 1st inclusive (coinciding with Candice Breitz’s ongoing exhibition “OFF VOICES”)
- Ages 3 to 8 (accompanied by an adult): 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Ages 9 to 16: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Stop Motion’s Workshop

As part of Candice Breitz’s OFF VOICES exhibition, we are offering a family experience where children and teenagers become creators of visual micro-stories inspired by some of the key themes explored by artist Candice Breitz: identity, personal voice, and the construction of personal narratives.
The activity includes a brief introduction to the Stop Motion Studio app and a hands-on workshop in which participants will create their own short animated film in Stop Motion, constructing a visual narrative in motion.
With the help of the Stop Motion Studio app, they will animate stories frame by frame, learning in a practical way how to construct a visual narrative in motion.
